Corsa as a quality motorcycle tire products from PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk acquire a pride from SWA magazine 14th Edition (5-18 July 2012) in the category of TOP 250 – TOP Indonesia Original Brands in 2012.
According to the SWA, the purpose of this study was to determine the extent of consumer appreciation of the brand – the original brand of Indonesia. This survey was conducted during April-May 2012, in six major cities, namely Medan, Bandung, Jadebotabek, Semarang, Surabaya and Makassar.
There are three dimensions to measure the performance of the local brands, nemely satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. The final results of the three-dimensional measurements resulted in an index called the index of satisfaction, loyalty and customer advocacy or advocacy, loyalty and satisfaction index abbreviated ALSI. The higher the value of ALSI a brand, the more likely the brand is to have satisfied customers, loyal and willing to be advocates. A brand that has satisfied customers, loyal and willing to be advocates have a greater chance to survive and grow. Brands with the highest score in its category ALSI selected as the best brand (see Table of Survey).
Not only Corsa, Achilles as a quality car tire products from PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk was also selected as the Indonesian’s Global Brands, Indonesian’s brands that have managed to hoist its name in foreign countries.
