PT Multistrada Arah Sarana, Tbk are looking for a dynamic individuals who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

 

1. PURCHASING SECTION HEAD (PURCH-SH)

Requirements:

• Female or Male, max 40 years old
• University degree in engineering, economic, business
• Min. 5 years experiences in purchasing fields
• Computer Literate is a must (MS Office)
• Having good knowledge in purchasing system management, able to evaluate monitors suppliers performance and responsible with all purchasing procedure.
• Request quotations, price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing is achieved (the Buyer is responsible for all purchasing activities)
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
• Deal with Purchase Order rescheduling according to changes in demand
• Provide feedback to suppliers with regard to quality and production complaints (supplier evaluation and supplier development) and monitor performance of suppliers
• Ensure corrective actions are put in place in the event of supplier issues to improve on quality standards and resolve any claims if necessary
• Carry out a regular weekly check of stocks, avoiding overstock
• Implement cost reduction whenever possible without effecting the quality of end product
• Honest personality, good sourcing for supplier, good negotiation skill, communicative and knowledge in import declaration.
• Strong leadership analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is must
• Having good attitude, manner, and behavior
• Candidate should be ready to work in Cikarang

 

2. PURCHASING STAFF (PURCH)

Requirements:

• Female max 30 years old
• University Degree from engineering, economic, business
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in field.

·         Good communication skill, teamwork, initiative, hardworking and result oriented.

·         Mature, good mentally, and able to work well in under pressure working   environment.

• Good experience in handling import documents.
• Make a regular report, documentation and administration related in Import Progression Reports Make a regular report, documentation and administration related in Import Progression Reports.
• Capable & experience to PO issue & PO Control, delivery control, follow up problem material analysis and have empowered to actualize the forecast.
• Managing purchasing requisition process.
• Candidate should be ready to work in Cikarang

 

3. SALES LOKAL (SAL)

• Male / Female, age max 35 years old
• Minimum SLTA
• Experience min 2 (two) years in sales preferable in tire. 
• Team player, good initiative, good communication skill, multi-tasking, responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person
• An Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Have a Driving License A or C
• Candidate should be ready to work in West Jakarta.

4. SALES  EXPORT

• Male / Female, single, age max 30 years old
• Minimum D3
• Experience min 2 (two) years in sales preferable have experience market analyst.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications
• Team player, good initiative, good communication skill, multi-tasking, responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person
• An Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Candidate should be ready to work in Cikarang

 

5.      STAFF  MARKETING EXPORT

• Male, Single,  age max 30 years old
• Minimum D3
• Have Experience in PPIC/Inventory
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications
• Good initiative, good communication skill, multi-tasking, responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person and a positive attitude.
• Candidate should be ready to work in Cikarang

 

6.  HRD STAFF (HRD)

    Responsibilities :

1. Posting monthly payroll activities including overtime calculation
2. Understand monthly Jamsostek  report, posting payroll journals and preparing other monthly            reporting
3. Understanding in Human Resources, especially for payroll & database.

Requirements   :

1. Male, single max 30 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
3.  At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
4. Good communication, interpersonal skill and integrity

5.  Willing to be located in Cikarang.

 

7.       NEW PROJECT STAFF

• Male
• Min. Diploma Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
• Able to work well in a autocad 2D/3D.
• Good initiative and communication,  responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person and a positive attitude.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang

8.  NEW PROJECT OPERATOR

• Male
• Min. SMK Mechanical/Electrical.
• Able to work well in a autocad 2D/3D.
• Good initiative and communication,  responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person and a positive attitude.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang

9.  MECHANICAL ENGINEERING STAFF

• Male
• Min. Diploma Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
• Able to work well in a autocad 2D/3D.
• Good initiative and communication,  responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person and a positive attitude.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang

10.  UTILITY

• Male
• SMK Mechanical.
• Have experience as maintenance or boiler field.
• Good initiative and communication,  responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person and a positive attitude.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang

11.  R&D STAFF

• Male
• Min. Diploma Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
• Able to work well in a autocad 2D/3D.
• Experince in tire manufacture
• Good initiative and communication,  responsible, hard worker, and self motivated person and a positive attitude.
• Willing to be located in Cikarang
