MASA Milestone

• 1988 - MASA was incorporated under the name PT Oroban Perkasa to engage in the tire manufacturing business.
  
  
• 1991 - Pirelli assisted with the equipments and technology supplies and the design & layout of the plant.
  
  
• 1995 - Switched from Pirelli to Continental GMbh, Germany which provided technical assistance. Starting Commercial Operation.
  
  
• 1999 - During the Asian Crisis, MASA's loan obligations transferred to the indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency ("IBRA").
  
  
• 2001- Production and distribution under own brands; CORSA and STRADA.
  
  
• 2004 - Took over by New Management (PVP XVIII Pte Ltd and PT. Indokemika Jayatama). Completed restructuring that included debt to equity conversion, 'haircut', and leaving MASA with sustainable loan.
  
  
• 2006 - During 2005 to 2006, proceed bank loan from Bank Niaga and Syndication totalling US$54 Mio.
  
  
• 2007 - Rights Issue by issued 2,6 Bio new shares; Exercise Price Rp200 per share.
