Pieter Tanuri : President Director

He currently serves as President Commissioner of PT. Buana Capital since 2010, and as Commissioner of PT. Philadel Terra Lestari since 1997. Started his career in 1990 as Director of PT. Trimegah Securities Tbk. and as President Commissioner since 2004 until 2007. He earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Trisakti in 1988.

J. Sukarman : Director

He currently serves as President Director of PT. Sauhbahtera Samudera, as Director of PT. Rodeco Petrolin Utama since 2007 and as President Commisioner of PT. Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk. Previously, he worked as a lecturer at the University of Gajah Mada since 1970 until 1973. Starting his career as a lecturer at AKABRI from 1966 until 1970. He earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Gajah Mada in 1973.

Yohanes Ade Bunian Moniaga : Director

He currently serves as Commissioner of PT. Buana Capital since 2010, Director of PT. Philadel Terra Lestari since 1997, and serves as Director at PT. Wisma KEIAI Indonesia d/h PT. Wisma Kyoei Prince Indonesia since 2003. In PT. Trimegah Securities Tbk. served as Commissioner from 1999 until 2007. Previously served as Finance & Accounting Manager at PT. Trimegah Securindolestari from 1990 to 1999. Starting his career as an auditor in a public accounting firm from 1986 until 1990. He earned a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Trisakti in 1988.

Hartono Setiobudi : Director

He previously served as General Manager of PT. Elang Perdana Tyre Industry from 1997 to 2003, served as Marketing Manager at PT. Astra Otopart d/h PT. Astra Export Company from 1989 to 1997, as Product Engineering at PT. Berca Indonesia since 1986 until 1989. Starting his career as a Sales Engineer at PT. Dian Graha Electrika from 1982 until 1986. He earned a Diploma in engineering from Fach Hoschshule Darmstadt, Germany in 1982.

Uthan M. Arief Sadikin : Director

He previously served as Commissioner of the Company from 2006 until 2010. He started his career as a staff of Financial Planner at PT. Perencana Djaja (1985-1988), later worked at The World Bank as the Audit Operations Manager (1988-1992). From 1992 to 1997, worked at Bank Andormeda with the last position as Director of Credit. Since 1997 until 1999, occupying the position of Director of Credit and Operations at Alfa Bank, until in 1999-2000 worked in PT. Trimegah Securities Tbk as Corporate Banking Head. In 2000-2003 served as Director of Corporate Banking at PT. Niaga Securities and from 2003-2006, served as Managing Director of PT. Cipta Management. He earned a Bachelor of Administration from Willamette University in USA in 1983 and MS Management, Arthur D Little Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA in 1984.

Andreas Handoyo Hutama : Director

Graduated from Trisakti University in 1984, and worked at PT. Astra Daihastu Motor from 1985 starting as an engineer and the last position in 2010 as the General Manager for the Quality Division.

Wayah Surya Wiroto : Director

Received his PhD in 2002 from the Institute of Agriculture Policy, Market Research and Economic Sociology, Bonn University, Germany. He was the vice-chancellor of Bina Nusantara University in Jakarta, Indonesia.
