Currently serving as Managing Director at Parallax Capital Management, Singapore and as a Commissioner of PT. Indomobil Sukses International Tbk. Previously served as Managing Director at Banque Paribas, Singapore from 1997 to 1999, and as a Managing Director at Chase Manhattan, Hong Kong & Singapore, from 1993 until 1997. Previous position as Executive Director in SBCM Ltd., Hong Kong, since 1990 until 1993, and as a vice president at First Boston Corp.. London from 1987 to 1990. Starting his career in 1985 as a manager at Manufacturers Hanover Ltd.. London. He earned a BA degree from Princeton University in USA in 1981 and earned an MBA from Insead France in 1984.

 

Andi Solaiman : Commissioner

 He currently serves as President Director of PT. Indokemika Jayatama, Director at PT. Sauhbahtera Samudera, PT. Griya Tioxindo, Universal Interchemicals Corp. Pte Ltd., and Trevos Pte Ltd. He started his career as Finance Manager in Gesuri Lloyd in 1986. In 1987 to 1990 in PT. Asuransi Central Asia. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Drury University, Springfield, Missouri, USA in 1986.

 

 Mulyo Sutrisno : Independent Commissioner


He currently serves as Commissioner of PT. Dyviacom Intrabumi Tbk., President Director of PT. Philadel Terra Lestari since 2007, and began his career at PT. Trimegah Securities Tbk. Since 1999 as an Independent Commissioner until 2002, and as a member of the Audit Committee from 2002 until 2008. Previously served as Director from 1992 to 1999 and as Manager of Operations from 1990 to 1992 at PT. Trimegah Securindolestari, as the President Director of PT. Philadel Terra Lestari from 1997 to 2001. Starting his career in 1977 at the Exim Bank as a Credit Analyst and in 1990 out of the Exim Bank with the latest position as the Authorization for exchange members. Bachelor Degree from the University of Tarumanegara in 1982, earned his MBA from Paramita Graha in 1992.

 

 Juanto Salim : Independent Commissioner

 
He currently serves as Director in PT. TCP Internusa, PT. Siti Agung Makmur, PT. Suryalaya Anindita International, PT. Surya Internusa Hotels, Director of Arapima Management Pte Ltd. Singapore from 2007 until 2009, Head of Private Equity Division in PT. Danareksa Sekuritas from 2006 until 2007, Principal Latham Capital Partners Ltd from 2002 until 2006, Principal PT. Summit Nusantara Capital from 2000 until 2002, Director of PT. Sucorinvest Central Gani from 1999 until 2000, Vice President of PT. PDFCI Securities and PT. Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities respectively during a year. Starting his career as an associate at PT. DBS Securities Indonesia in 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University in 1990.
