Business Activity

Based on the Company’s Articles of Association No. 10 dated November 10, 2017, the aim, objective and business activity of the Company is the tire industry, including the business in the making of tires with the main ingredients from natural rubber or artificial rubber for all types of motorized vehicles, both fourwheeled and two-wheeled vehicles.

Until now, the Company is in the process of developing several brands of vehicle tires, namely Uniroyal and BFGoodrich for Four-Wheel Vehicles (TC/ Tourism Camionnette) also Corsa and Michelin for Two-Wheel Vehicles (2W/Two-Wheel).

The Company always maintains its commitment to become a first-class manufacturer of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicle tires. This commitment is manifested by improving the quality of production results and maintaining customers’ trust for the Company’s performance. Before the products are marketed to the public, the Company carries out several stages:

Component Preparation

The Company views that the best production result is essential to the business. Production begins with extra precision in the selection of materials.


The raw materials for production include natural rubber, synthetic rubber, carbon black, polyester, nylon, steel cord & wire and other chemicals.



The use of these materials is in accordance with the Company’s quality selection and procedures. All raw materials have been processed and mixed with the various mixtures of materials adjusted based on the use in tire construction. In general, the mixture is called a compound.


The prepared compound is used to design the construction of a tire, such as forming the tread, carcass, tire belt, wire bead, and inner liner.

Component Assembly

After the prior processing, all components are manufactured using tire building in a special room to produce green tire.


The process of making green tire is based on the designed tire size according to the demand in the Company’s sales.

Finished Tire Selection and Quality Inspection

After passing curing press, the finished tires will be sent to a selection section for inspection.


It is carried out visually to sort out proper tires and finding the defected ones. The next process is inspection using a uniformity machine to check tire condition based on the Company’s standards.


The entire inspection process is carried out before production outputs are distributed into warehouses.

The Company uses a quality inspection standard based on QMS (Quality Management System), which refers to IATF ISO 9001:2015. All of the Company’s products has met the regulatory standards of several countries, including:
