Company Profile

Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk hereinafter referred to as PT MASA Tbk or “the Company,” was initially established under the name “PT Oroban Perkasa” on June 20, 1998 based on the Deed of Establishment No. 63. On December 9, 1996, the Company changed its name into “PT Multistrada Arah Sarana” based on the Deed No. 33.


Afterwards, the Company initially conducted an Initial Public Offering in 2004. Further, as of December 22, 2004, all of the Company’s shares have been listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).

Company's Success

Achieving success in previous years strengthens MASA presence to reinforce its business. Driven by expanding marketing network and various new product variants, the Company has maintained its reputation in the midst of industry competition.


After being acquired by Compagnie Générale des Etablissements Michelin (hereinafter referred to as “Michelin”), in 2020 the Company succeeded in producing tire brands from Michelin, namely Uniroyal and BFGoodrich. Both tire brands have been marketed in 2020.


Along with the outstanding achievement, MASA continues to improve the company’s internal conditions by maintaining consumer safety through the implementation of international safety standards during production.


The implementation has led the Company to manufacture high-quality products guaranteed by various certificates, such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certifications for Quality Management System and several product certificates including SNI, CCC, ECE, DOT and TISI.

The certification is one of the factors that have made the Company as one of the respected national tire producers.


This is a proud achievement because the Company successfully achieves this optimum performance in a relatively short time compared to other competitors in the same industry. It is also a result of the Company’s good reputation in the domestic and international market.


Currently, the Company’s products receives certification for compliance with quality standards for domestic and international market. The Company’s reputation in the national and international automotive industry continues to be strengthened by increasing sales and recognition of its products.


The Company continuously strives to improve performance to maintain its reputation as an internationally recognized tire manufacturer.

The Company has made attempts to increase sales and strengthen its reputation in the world market, which is realized through initiatives in product change and innovation.
